14 Days Money Back Guarantee

Our 14 Days Money Back Guarantee applies if ...

1. you have purchased a subscription or credits for the first time,
2. the subscription or credits were purchased within the last 14 days,
3. you are not satisfied with the quality of the results and have no use for the 3D models generated by Beholder,
4. you have processed a total of less than 100 images in any resolution, and
5. your account, you personally and your company have not made use of the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee before.

To request a refund, please email us at support@beholder.vision. We will then review and respond to your request within 10 working days.

Other Refunds

Purchases that don't qualify for the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your subscription you can cancel it any time. If you have any questions, or would like more information, please contact us.
